We met on October 9, 2013 at a local bar in Oakland, California, and enjoyed a great conversation over a couple of beers. We fell in love quickly, and over the next few months we merged our lives with Michael at the center of it. On our wedding day, we will be eight years together, and in those eight years we have become each other’s best friend, we have laughed, we have cried, we have made each other a better version of ourselves. Family is important to us, and both of us are close with our families; we are looking forward to our families coming together as one, and celebrating with each of you as we officially become each other’s family.
